The Ghana Environmental Health Officers Association (GEHOA) Is The Mouth Piece Of All Environmental Health Officers Practicing In The Ministries, Department And Agencies In Ghana With Mandates Drawn From The 1992 Republican Constitution Of The Republic Of Ghana Under Chapter Six, Article 41 Clause (G)  And (K)  And Other Subsidiary Legislations Such As Public Health Act, Act 851 Of 2012, The Local Governance Act, Act 936 Of 2016, Land Use And Spatial Planning Act, 2016, Act 925 Among Other Policy And Related Regulations In Force.
